"Food served was quite fast even though lots of ppl, waiting time of no more than 20mins. Good quality of food and service is good . Fish fillet in onion and ginger , stir fry spinach , fried egg with prawns , claypot tofu . Non air conditioning . Last time got sea at the restaurant side but now it’s aldy a reclaimed land with ktcc mall on it ."

"We were here to have our lunch after diving in pulau Redang. Friendly aunties serving us, and food came pretty fast. The dishes here are amazing! The clamp soup is definitely a must have. Probably one of the best Chinese restaurant in Terengganu."

"We had a good dinner tonight. All the dishes ordered were tasty and good. First of all, the fried rice definitely has the wok hei. So fragrant. Then the vegetables of sweet potato leaves in garlic came, and it's good too. Then the yam basket, and it's good as well. Finally, the claypot of a whole fish with mixed vegetables was the highlight of dinner with the curry so fragrant and spicy, and the fish was fresh. The gravy was so good with the fried rice. "Came for dinner with friends. Restaurant situated just across KTCC mall. Food was good, reasonably priced. Enjoyed the salted egg fried sotong. Has both air conditioned/non air con areas; surroundings cleanliness could be improved. Will come back if around the area"

"Together with Golden Dragon in KT's Chinatown, this Restaurant Ocean is perhaps one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in town. Before reclamation, the restaurant was located right next to the sea where everyone dined while enjoying the cool sea breeze. Now the sight of KTCC Mall opposite is not really that beautiful anymore. "When I was still young, I often come here to dine with my family" said my close associate who brought us here for dinner after finishing our work for the day. Coincidentally this restaurant is located within walking distance from our hotel. Restaurant Ocean is just like any regular Chinese restaurant that you go to... But very big & spacious. We just sat down immediately and let him did the ordering. ◾Dry style butter milk mantis prawn ball - first dish to be served and almost polished immediately. ◾steamed prawns with egg - felt like the prawns were caught from the sea and cooked right away. ◾braised fish with spicy taucu sauce - savoury and spicy sauce went well with the freshly fries fish. ◾deep fried baby octopus - perfect accompaniment for ice cold beer. ◾vegetable Perhaps we were famished after a long day on the road, everything tasted good. However, for a restaurant to be around that long... Surely the quality must be consistent. The good camaraderie made the dining experience even better with a few bottles of beers before we adjourned elsewhere for 2nd round."

"Very fresh clams & squid, clam soup with generous portion of Chinese wine! If you can’t take much, tell them reduce the wine portion. Veggie is fresh & fried tofu is simply delish."
